Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the program the participants will;

  • Use a questionnaire to self-assess individual perceptions about self and others
  • Qualify what constitutes our impressions
  • Gain insight about what is perceived by others when we decide to project certain conscious and unconscious behaviour
  • Define terms associated with assertive and non-assertive behaviour
  • Recognise behaviours used and the related outcomes on relationships
  • Practice using assertive behaviours in work place situations and scenarios
  • Adjust their behaviour from push to pull using techniques demonstrated and practiced during the course
  • Use a meetings scenario to evaluate currently ability to influence and persuade
  • Practice techniques that build a personal repertoire to be used effectively after the course
